Creating Activities for Checking Comprehension
Boardmaker Software Family
Did you know that you can assess your students’ comprehension of content through using specific templates in Boardmaker Online? These templates have the ability to check a student’s understanding through a practice (supported) and quiz (independent) mode. When these activities are placed in a student’s account, the instructor can choose to place the activity in quiz (independent) mode to assess the student at any time. Data is then recorded in the student’s account for progress monitoring. Sound like something you can use? Then come join us for this informative session! .1 ASHA CEU available.
Participants will be able to:
1. Identify which templates enable them to check students’ comprehension of literacy content.
2. Describe how to place activities in student’s accounts and take baseline data
3. Demonstrate how to customize activities for individual students’ use.
