Using DynaLessons in the Classroom

Training Type: InterAACt Companions

Description: DynaLessons enables teachers to successfully provide opportunities for students who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) to contribute within the general education curriculum. The lessons encourage students to build interactive skills through fun and engaging lessons that are appropriate for the entire class. Based on typical curricular standards, DynaLessons includes pages for DynaVox devices and a workbook with lesson plans, instructional strategies, and letters to parents. Led by the authors themselves, Marshall Fenig, M.A., CCC-SLP, M.Ed and Gail Hallenberg, M.S., CCC-SLP, this session will highlight the features of DynaLessons that make it unique and powerful.
