DynaVox Series 5 for Context-Dependent Communicators

Description: Context-dependent communicators are defined as individuals who communicate effectively in a limited number of situations or communicate in a limited way across a variety of situations. They typically understand both simple symbols and more abstract symbols though they have trouble combining symbols to create new messages. Context-dependent communicators typically understand most of the topics about which you talk with them. Context-dependent communicators range in age from young children to older adults. This session will demonstrate pages and features appropriate for supporting day-to-day communication and building language and literacy skills for context-dependent communicators of all ages.
