DynaVox Series 5 for Independent Communicators
Independent communicators are defined as individuals who can communicate whatever they want, whenever they want, and with whomever they want. Independent communicators understand conversation and can express themselves in much the same way as their speaking peers. Independent communicators range in age from young children to older adults. Far too often, independent communicators communicate all of their messages using core words or even spelling. While they are capable of communicating in this manner, it is not always the most efficient means of communication. This session will demonstrate pages and features appropriate for supporting day-to-day communication enhancing efficiency for independent communicators of all ages.
Note: The content of this session is appropriate for all Series 5 devices (V/Vmax, V+/Vmax+, Maestro).
