Advanced Series 5: Computer Access

Training Type: Series 5

Description: The V and Vmax devices are built on a full functioning computer platform. Unless access to the computer has been restricted (i.e., the device is “locked”) the DynaVox software can be used to access computer applications, enter text, search the web, and perform any standard computer function. During this session, we will discuss the benefits of integrated computer access and demonstrate how powerful it can be.

1. Introduction to computer access
2. Launching applications
3. Interacting with open programs (onscreen keyboards, macros, mouse movements, mouse scanning, send text behaviors)
