Register on the DynaVox website by clicking: Training Tab » Online Training » View Upcoming Classes. Find the Class you are interested in attending. Click on either the name of the class or the Register button to the right. (For more information about the Class, click on the Class title.) You will need to log in to register. If you are not logged in: simply enter your username and password and click the Log In button. You will then be directed to the registration page, which holds all of your necessary contact information. Select Register to complete your registration.

• Click on the following link (or type this address in your web browser): https://dynavoxtech.webex.com. Please note that there is no www in this address.
• Click on the tab labeled Today near the middle of the screen. You will see the name of all of the sessions offered on this day. Find the name of the session you for which you have registered and click Join Now at the far right side of the screen.
• Enter your registration ID and the session password. You will find these two numbers listed above and in the confirmation e-mail. If your registration ID is not available, you will be able to follow a link to have the information e-mailed to you again. Please note that the registration ID is not the same as the session number.
• Click OK and wait while the Training Manager webpage comes up. If you have never taken a web class with DynaVox and Mayer-Johnson before, you will be prompted to set up the Training Manager at this time. Please click Set Up to begin this process. You may be asked set up the Training Manager even if you have done so before. This is perfectly normal.
• When the Training Manager webpage comes up, a prompt will appear to provide you with the phone numbers necessary to join the teleconference. Please call the appropriate number and follow the voice prompts. If you joined the teleconference before signing in on the computer, you can ignore the prompt. Note: you will also see a prompt to join the VoIP conference. This is an internet phone option which will allow you to hear the web class over your computer speakers if you do not have access to a phone line.
• You should now be ready for your web class. Enjoy!

Note: If you are unable to join this session following these directions, please call the toll-free number listed above and follow the voice prompts. You will be able to talk to the DynaVox and Mayer-Johnson associate who is leading the training session. She will be able to provide assistance in the sign in process until the time the session is scheduled to begin.

A telephone will allow you to both listen to the instructor's comments and ask any questions you might have. When you join your class, a prompt will appear on the screen that provides you with the phone numbers necessary to join the teleconference. If you cannot call the toll-free teleconference number, you can choose an internet phone option upon joining the web class. This will allow you to listen to the session over your computer speakers. You may need to type your questions into the "chat" feature of the online conferencing software.

The word "join" will not appear next to the class for which you are registered until the instructor opens the class. This will be done approximately 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

If you do not see "join" approximately 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time, wait a few minutes and refresh your internet browser. "Join" should appear at that time.

For many classes there will be handouts available during the registration process for you to download. After you register by entering your name and email address, on the next screen it will list "Course Material" followed by the name of the handout(s). Sometimes, the instructor does not post the handouts prior to the class. In this case she will make the handout available for download following the class.

No. The instructor will be demonstrating on the product(s), but you do not need to use your own during the class.
