Answer:

If you would like to re-arrange the icons on the Windows desktop, you may have trouble doing so.  There are a couple of things that you can try to make this possible for you.

First, check the settings in the Series 5 software:
1)  Select the Menu button
2)  Select Setup, then Setup Menu.
3)  Make sure that the check-box for "Extend Selection Method to Desktop" is UN-checked.  (It is in the lower right-hand corner of the Setup Menu) This setting can make it difficult to drag-and-drop on the Windows desktop.
4)  OK out of the Series 5 menus, and minimize the software.

There is also a Windows setting that may be preventing you from arranging the icons to your liking.  The best way to check on that is to plug in a USB mouse.
1)  Use a mouse to right-click on the Windows desktop - somewhere that doesn't already have an icon.
2)  In the menu that comes up, choose "View", and make sure that "Auto-arrange icons" is not checked.  This setting will allow you to move the icons around as you like.
3)  Click outside the menu to close it, and now you can move the icons around.

Make sure that you go back to the Series 5 software and re-check the "Extend Selection Method to Desktop", so your preferred selection method will work there.
