Answer:
If you have checked your selection method settings and Activate series 5 on mouse over" turned on then as well as Extend your selection method to the desktop then the only option that depends on preference is your Smart text entry. If neither the smart text entry or the Firefox On Screen Keyboards are working then we need to check our windows settings. Most likely a program was installed that has changed the mouse settings in the control pane. to correct this go to the following windows directory.
Control Panel\Ease of Access Center\Make the mouse easier:
Scroll down and find the option " Activate a window by hovering over it with the mouse". Uncheck this option and then restart your series 5 software. Your Mouse pause option should now be able to send key commands to your text fields in your we browser.
