Answer:

For convenience, the online repair request form is now available. Please use this form if the device is in definite need of repair (cracked touch panel, other physical damage, etc).  If it is not immediately known if the device needs repair, please contact the Technical Support Department for troubleshooting assistance first. Phone support is available at 800-344-1778 from 8-7 EST Monday through Friday.

Note: Please do not send in the device for repair without a valid Repair Authorization (RA) number.  Once the form has been completed, a Technical Support Representative will email you with the RA number.

Prior to sending your device in for repair, please be certain that you have a recent backup of your data. We will make every effort to preserve your custom information however DynaVox Technologies is not responsible for any loss of data that occurs as a result of repairs done to your device.

DynaVox is committed to repairing devices up to 5 years from the original ship date. If your device is more than 5 years old, it may or may not be able to be repaired. An RA and evaluation would be required to determine if a unit is able to be repaired.
