Possible Communication Solutions for People Living with Cerebral Palsy
Cerebral palsy can present a wide range of physical and cognitive challenges which must be considered when determining the best communication device to meet the total needs of the communicator. An evaluation performed by a speech language pathologist knowledgeable in AAC will determine the best speech generating device to meet both physical and cognitive challenges, as well as the total communication needs of the individual.
