Augmentative and Alternative Communication Device Loaner Program from DynaVox
The DREAM program provides qualified Speech Language Pathologists cost-free access to devices for use in evaluations. SLPs across the country tell us that device access is among the biggest challenges in conducting evaluations. With DREAM, we hope to eliminate that hurdle and help more people experience the benefits of AAC technology.
A DREAM-qualified SLP can borrow up to four different DynaVox devices for up to 12 days at no cost. DynaVox handles all shipping procedures allowing you to focus on serving your clients. Once you are DREAM-qualified, you simply request your devices from our wide range of products and they are shipped directly to you. At the end of the DREAM period, we recommend dropping your shipment off at a UPS center for shipment back to DynaVox, at our expense.
You have access to our complete line of DynaVox devices, language applications and page sets.
Each DREAM device is pre-loaded with a comprehensive set of language applications and page sets appropriate for that device. These InterAACT, Picture Communication Symbols (PCS), DynaSyms, Gateway, EDDs, Communicate 4, and Wordpower 5, as well as standard DynaVox page sets.
All DREAM evaluation devices are maintained in “like new” condition and serviced following each loan period to ensure reliable operation, allowing you to focus on the client and the evaluation rather than device maintenance.
Enrolling in the DREAM program simply requires that you are an experienced evaluator and are proficient with the range of DynaVox devices offered in the program. This “qualification” process helps us maintain standards to ensure that the program is truly successful for all involved.

If needed, your consultant can recommend specific training programs to help you quickly develop the requisite skills and knowledge. DynaVox provides a range of extensive education and training programs to help you gain familiarity with our devices and language applications.

Once enrolled in the program, simply complete and mail or fax the DREAM Loan Evaluation Equipment and Loan Agreement to the address or fax number on the form.
