Developed by Nancy Inman, M.A.T., CCC-SLP, WordPower for Series 5 is a powerful, word-based communication application program combining communication and computer access tools for augmented communicators. WordPower and Picture WordPower offer direct selectors and scanners in-depth and comprehensive vocabulary options for a wide range of ability levels from early childhood to adults. The programs are intuitive and easy to learn. Automatic grammatical endings and logical next word prediction greatly enhance these word-based vocabularies. WordPower for Series 5 includes WordPower and Picture WordPower, with direct select and scanning versions included. When ordered with a V or Vmax device, the device will be shipped with the program fully installed.

Word Power also exists for Series 4, 3100 and Speaking Dynamically Pro.

» AlphaCore
Developed by Amy Roman, MS, CCC-SLP, exclusively for use on the DynaVox V and Vmax, AlphaCore is intended for literate adults who strive to improve the way in which they interact with their communication partners. Its combination of alphabetized core words, keyboards, sentence starters and stored messages enable communicators to share messages with partners promptly and effectively with little navigation. Much like a dictionary or phone book, users can construct messages by searching for a single alphabetized core word, although eliminating the need to identify appropriate parts of speed to build a message.

» Engineering Dynamic Displays
Engineering Dynamic Displays is a software application program for moderately to severely developmentally delayed adults and adolescents. Developed by speech-language pathologists Pamela S. Elder, M.A., CCC-SLP and Carol Goosens, Ph.D., CCC-SLP, the application features pages centered around basic life routines, and includes the vocabulary that makes it possible to communicate on the job, with caregivers or out in the community. Engineering Dynamic Displays is currently available for use with DynaVox V, DynaVox Vmax, MT4, DynaVox DV4, DynaVox 3100, and DynaMyte 3100 devices.

» Communicate 4 for Series 4 and Series 5
Communicate 4 was developed by Barbara Collier, speech-language pathologist, Paul Janzen, technologist, and Susie Blackstien-Adler, occupational therapist. Based on Communicate for 3100, Communicate 4 contains many new communication contexts, vocabulary and page layouts. Unlike Communicate 3100, Communicate 4 does not use vocabulary searches or customized scan patterns, making it easy to personalize and merge with other user pages or applications.

» Velocity for Impact and Speaking Dynamically Pro
Not just another set of pre-made pages, Velocity is a comprehensive communication system created expressly for Palmtop, iChat, and Tablet XL versions of Impact by Christine Scally (MA, CCC-SLP). Designed for elementary school-aged children, Velocity's activity-based organization provides for fast and flexible conversations. On each Situation Page, your child has one-tap access to off-situation talk, so he or she can discuss the latest fads and keep the conversation rolling. New messages can be generated using the readily accessible word bank, onscreen keyboard and word prediction.

» DynaLessons Series 4 and Series 5
DynaLessons is a simple-to-use teaching support tool designed to facilitate the smooth, successful integration of a child who uses a DynaVox 3100 or DynaMyte 3100 into a conventional classroom. Developed by Marshall Fenig, M.A., CCC-SLP, M.Ed and Gail Hallenberg, M.S., CCC-SLP, DynaLessons provides a series of interactive and accessible lessons designed to engage the whole class in meaningful learning experiences. DynaLessons is currently available for use with DynaVox 3100 and DynaMyte 3100 only. For use with DyanVox V and DynaVmax, DV4 and MT4 devices.
