Independence in the palm of your hand
Short-term memory issues can make managing tasks a challenge. But now, those with traumatic brain injury and similar conditions can manage and carry out tasks with the help of the DynaVox Co-Pilot. Handheld and portable, it uses picture cues, audio cues and alerts to remind users how and when to complete daily tasks like taking medication and cashing a paycheck.
The simple desktop operates on a GPS-enabled PDA, making schedule-management a straightforward process. Just record a voice prompt and set the time and a reminder acts like a personal assistant!
Four types of software are designed to encourage independence.
 Pocket Discovery Desktop
Provides easy access to other programs on the device. Customize and lock unwanted features and buttons. Integrate the Pocket Discovery Desktop with other device applications.
