To ensure that the software worked on a variety of computer configurations, many features of the software had to be limited forcing DynaVox to compromise the high standards it sets for all of its products. The V and Vmax speech communication devices are not affected by this change.

All customers who have purchased Series 5 Speaking Software and their care teams will continue to receive the same level of service from DynaVox’s technical support team for the life of their product.
