The Repair Process

DynaVox Brand Products

Your device will be received, evaluated, repaired and tested by a skilled DynaVox Technologies-trained technician. Once repaired, the device will go through a series of final functional tests and be prepared for return shipment.

Impact Brand Products

Your device will be received and evaluated by a skilled DynaVox Technologies-trained technician. If necessary, a Return Authorization number from the original hardware manufacturer is obtained, and the device is sent to that manufacturer's repair facility by DynaVox Technologies. Once the repair is complete, the device is returned to DynaVox Technologies. It is tested and prepared for return shipment.

Important Information for All DynaVox and Impact Repairs

All repair charges must be paid in full before the device will be returned to the customer. This includes all repairs funded by Medicare, Medicaid or other third-party funding organizations. If payment is made by purchase order, a hard copy must be received by DynaVox Technologies' Accounting Department before the device is shipped following the repair. If payment is made by check, the check must be cleared by the sender's bank before the device will be returned to the customer.
