Toby Churchill Ltd. and DynaVox Technologies Announce North America Marketing Agreement
Greater Distribution and Increased Support Provide More Options for Adults with
Significant Speech Disabilities
Cambridge, UK - JANUARY 18, 2006 - Toby Churchill Ltd. announced
today that it has appointed DynaVox Technologies as its exclusive distributor for
the United States and Canada. Toby Churchill felt that the change was critical to
improve the supply and service of the company's well-respected Lightwriter and adVOCAte
speech-generating devices to customers in the US and Canada.
"We approached DynaVox in late 2005 to explore the possibility of a distribution
agreement," said Simon Churchill, marketing director of Toby Churchill. "With their
extensive field coverage, technical support, funding resources and solid reputation
- DynaVox was the logical choice for us."

Under the terms of the distribution agreement, DynaVox will distribute the Lightwriter
and adVOCAte devices in the US and Canada, and will provide technical and warranty
support for devices purchased through the Company or through a DynaVox authorized
distributor.
