DynaVox Technologies Enhances Warranty Coverage Palmtop Impact and iChat Now Include
One Year of DynaCare Coverage
PITTSBURGH, PA - August 19, 2005 - DynaVox Technologies today announced that
all new Palmtop Impact and iChat speech-output devices include one year of DynaCare
coverage. A comprehensive warranty, DynaCare provides coverage for repairs - regardless
of how the need for an individual repair arose.
The DynaCare Certified Unlimited Guarantee becomes effective on the date the product
is shipped from Dyna?ox Technologies' Pittsburgh, PA-based manufacturing facility
to the customer, and provides coverage for:
- All hardware repairs to the base unit,
- Memory card,
- Battery, and
- Repair or replacement without charge for parts, labor or return shipping costs from
DynaVox Technologies' Pittsburgh PA repair facility to the customer.
Coverage is not provided in the events of loss or theft. Disassembly of the product
will void this guarantee. Repair or replacement with new or refurbished equipment
is at the sole discretion of DynaVox Technologies. For additional information of
