DescriptionA program of the Maine-based Pine Tree Society, non-profit organization providing services to children and adults with disabilities since 1936, this camp offers young people a unique opportunity to spend a weekend with others who use AAC in an accessible summer camp environment (including the new Pine Tree Camp accessible tree house) while making new friends, learning new skills, and becoming more comfortable and confident in their communication abilities. The Olympics will be this year's camp theme.

Art projects at Camp Communicate present so many choices that camper Brianna Perreault gladly turns to her DynaVox V to ask for a second opinion when making creative decisions.
