Navigating the maze of paperwork required to secure funding for a DynaVox
product through Medicare, state medical assistance programs or private insurance
may seem like an overwhelming task - but it doesn't have to be. That's because you
can count on the knowledge and experience of the representatives in our Funding Department to work with
you every step of the way.
The information presented in this section is designed to walk you through the funding
process, and provide you with the information and forms you need to start the
process.
Simply fax your completed paperwork to 1-866-531-2469 and your dedicated Funding Coordinator will assist you by:
- Assisting your Speech-Language Pathologist with the type of information that must be included in the augmentative and alternative communication device evaluation relating to state specific and Medicare requirements.
- Acting as the intermediary between the client and your insurance provider(s).
- Submitting completed paperwork to your insurance provider(s).
- Keeping you informed throughout the process.
- Billing funding sources on your behalf.
