Apryl Cendrowski
Manager: Funding/Prior Authorization
I joined DynaVox after working in the insurance field. In a previous position, I was responsible for recouping incorrect claim payments. What a difference it is to be at DynaVox. Not only am I not recouping payments, but I have the opportunity to assist clients and therapists in getting a speech device. Processing insurance funding is never simple, but knowing that an approval will enhance someone's life makes it completely worthwhile. The culture at DynaVox is like that of a close-knit family. Although we take our work very seriously, we never pass up a change to get to know a client on a personal level and bask in their accomplishments. |

I have worked at DynaVox Systems for the past 10 years and joined the funding team two years ago. I love that I have the opportunity to be part of a team that provides people with the ability to express themselves. It is a great feeling at the end of the day when you know that you just helped improve their way of living. |

The AAC industry is amazing. I knew nothing about speech generating devices before
I started here. I have learned so much in three years. Although most of the time
being a funding coordinator can be quite frustrating and stressful, it's encouraging
to know the work we do can help improve, and truly make difference, in someone's
life. |

Funding Coordinator
I came to DynaVox in May of 2005 after working for 13 years in the Long Term Care industry. In the time that I’ve been a Funding Coordinator, I have found it to be the most rewarding job that I have ever had. It really is an amazing feeling to know that as a result of my hard work, somebody who could not previously communicate now has a voice to communicate with! To hear a mom, dad, family member, spouse, or SLP say “Thank You” is an incredible feeling. It certainly makes me proud to be an employee of such a wonderful company. |

I was so excited to become "part of the team" here at DynaVox. The technology is AWESOME! It feels GREAT to be able to help so many on a daily basis. Nothing makes you feel better than hearing the joy of a family member as you inform them that their loved one, who once was "silent", will soon have a "voice". It's AMAZING, and I'm so glad to be a part of it. |

I came to DynaVox within months of receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism. I have always had a passion for speaking and the written word, and it has been a most rewarding opportunity providing individuals with the ability to share their passion, opinions and life experiences. Working for a company that gives people a gift that so many of us take for granted has been a life-learning adventure. |

I joined DynaVox as a temporary worker in March 2005, and permanently in May of
2005, after spending nine years in the health insurance industry. My background
and quality focus help me navigate the vast insurance and government bureaucracies
to secure funding for our clients. In my spare time, I enjoy shopping, gardening,
walking, and playing with my dogs. |

I love working with people. It is very rewarding knowing that the work I do everyday
helps so many people obtain the gift of communication they otherwise might never

Ola Reheim
Funding Coordinator
My most memorable experience was when a mom cried when I told her that another funding
source was going to pay for her son's device. The insurance company originally denied
the request. She was heartbroken and about to give up that her son would talk one
day. It felt wonderful that I made a difference. |

Susan Rogers
Funding Coordinator
I joined DynaVox in March of 2006 after spending several years in the Sales/Customer Service Industry. This has been… and still is an on going, challenging experience advocating to the funding sources on behalf of our customers but, hugely rewarding knowing a positive outcome is life changing for those in need of a “voice”. |

I come to DynaVox after many years in program management. Drawn to the mission of DynaVox, I am pleased to be part of the team that helps individuals gain the power of speech. “Navigating the insurance maze can certainly be a challenge. But few things compare to the joy of notifying a family on shipment day. Knowing that I played a role in making communication possible for someone is truly satisfying. |

I have been with DynaVox since January 2006 after more than 20 years in various
Customer Service related fields.
I had never been part of an organization where every employee is reaching for the
same goal, to improve someone's life by helping them acquire a speech generating
device. It is a great feeling at the end of the day knowing that I have contributed in improving
a client's quality of life. |

Michelle Zboyovsky
Funding Coordinator
Prior to coming to DynaVox, I had the opportunities to work in the Mental Health, Hospitality and Education fields. You might say I’m a “jack of all trades”. My varied background has been an asset to me at DynaVox. I enjoy having the opportunity to work with and help so many different people. I’m so thankful that I made the decision to join the DynaVox team. I get to come to work each day with a great group of individuals who are truly geared towards helping people. |
