Xpress Design Software
Xpress Design Software is one of the most useful programming tools that is included with your Xpress purchase. It can be loaded on Windows computers (XP or Vista) and used to complement the software on your device.
Pages can easily be shared between the Design Software and your Xpress device, making it possible for you to do your programming on a computer instead of the device. This is an especially helpful option if the person who does most of the programming is not the person who uses the Xpress device. Pages can be modified and created without taking the device away from the person who needs it.
The computer that will run the DynaVox Xpress Design Software must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Processor – Pentium 3, 1 GHz minimum clock speed
- Operating system – Windows XP SP3 32-bit only, Windows Vista 32-bit or 64-bit, or Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit
- Hard drive space – 1.5 GB free space (installing additional voices will require additional hard drive space)
- Screen size – 1024 x 768 pixels
- DVD drive (recommended)
- CD drive
- Available USB port
A License Key is required to install the Xpress Design Software. Your license key is on the original CD included with your Xpress. If you no longer have your License Key, please contact DynaVox technical support with your Xpress serial number.
