DynaVox was founded in Pittsburgh, PA in 1983 on the belief that technology’s greatest benefits are realized when it empowers individuals with disabilities. At that time the company had just two employees and one revolutionary communication product.

Today, DynaVox is the world’s leading provider of communication and education solutions designed to help individuals living with speech, language and learning disabilities communicate and reach their potential. Now employing more than 350 people worldwide, DynaVox has stayed true to the belief upon which the company was founded.

Our DynaVox line of communication solutions provides thousands of individuals who are unable to speak due to the effects of autism, ALS or Lou Gehrig’s Disease, cerebral palsy, intellectual disability, traumatic brain injury and stroke with the tools they need speak their minds, and connect with friends and family down the street and around the world!

Holding true to our commitment of creating technology that empowers individuals with unique communication and learning needs, DynaVox also offers a variety of services designed to ensure that the professionals supporting the individuals using our products, as well as the individuals themselves and their families, have all that they need to be successful with our products.
